Delayed, Lies and a support system that does not work...
I ordered on the 13th June with priority shipping, and the system said would arrive by June 21st, It did not. I ended up ringing their line on June 23, after the live chat agent was no help. Had to press 1 and pressing 2 for support just hangs up the line, the new sales rep transferred me to support (thank you to them) and the support lady put me on hold and apologised for the delay. I ask your website says your office is in NSW where is the item coming from. She said India. This site not only lies to you about where products are being made but also where their office is. As for the product when it did arrive (which was after the event I needed it for) The product was good, and looks great.

The fabric skirt was missing
The fabric skirt was missing for one of the oval tables. It was an empty table at the conference. I waited 3 days to get a response and tried calling, chatting, sent messages to the sales and feedback departments. Had it been rectified ASAP it would have had time to ship and reach us when needed.

Avoid if you want good customer service
Shocking customer service! Please be aware, these are not based in the UK, items are made in China. We placed an order for 3 fabric pop up Oval Booth, only 1 has arrived, 2 days late, still waiting for the other 2. You cannot speak to anyone on the phone, which is very frustrating. I have given them 1 star because the item we did receive was okay, and did the job we required it for.

the graphics turned out nice
the graphics turned out nice but the fabric is hard to stretch over the frame and tuck in flush on the top and bottom for a finished look

Scale was off
I was super disappointed about the scale of the logo on the fabric. It did not match up to the proof vs the completed design. Basically wasted purchase because the product is not even usable.

Never use Bannerbuzz again
You sent defective hardware, been trying to resolve it for 4 days, was given the run around and was finally told the replacement will be sent out.. we will never use your company again.. we paid for expedited shipping to have these items in time for a trade show and now we won’t be able to use them for that show.. your customer service department is a joke!! Especially Martin..

The table is great so
The table is great so far. Easy to put together. Turn around from submission to receiving was fast. The only difficulty I have found is the fabric is difficult to place along the track.

Well, I would rate the
Well, I would rate the product and service if I would have received it by now. But we didn't! I had a tracking number announcing that my product would arrive on time. But all I've received was a little tote bag. When I followed up and called, I did find out that my product is still in transit under a different tracking number, which was never sent to me in the first place. So we did not have our pop up counter for our trade show and had to make an alternative plan.
