You guys have too many departments & one doesn’t line up with the other. News flash - not everyone grew up using computers! Some of us “baby boomers” struggle trying to navigate.. Some of Your customer services personnel are young, don’t have good English skills & and come across as dismissive. I don’t understand why I can’t call up & order what I want - get proofs sent & finalize the sale? Why do I have to do the design & then go through several e-mails & calls trying to clarify ? It’s not efficient, not user friendly & very frustrating!
