Custom Trucker Hats Feature 100% Cotton Twill Material on the Front & Nylon Mesh on the Back
Originally designed as an accessory by farming companies for agricultural workers, truck drivers and farmers, custom trucker hats have now become an integral part of the fashion industry. These hats are ideal for truckers who plan to go on long hauls and are perfect for keeping your head cool on hot days. Popularised by Y2K fashion icons like Nicole Richie and Paris Hilton, mesh caps have been a perennial favourite over the last few decades.
Marked by a wide brim, our custom trucker hats are made with 100% cotton twill material that is durable and long-lasting. Unlike baseball caps, trucker caps are characterised by a mesh panel on the back, making them comfortable & breathable.
At BannerBuzz, our premium-quality cotton twill material features diagonal patterns made by woven rows being offset from one another. Owing to its higher thread count, the material is highly durable, hides stains perfectly and displays very few wrinkles. Moreover, it is softer and wears well, ensuring that your hats last long.
Allowing you to make a bold fashion statement, our hats are structured – they don’t collapse as soon as you take them off. Retaining their shape well, they make you look sleek and sophisticated whenever they’re worn. Additionally, they feature six panels for a well-fitting look and come with an adjustable plastic snapback to facilitate easy head size adjustment.
Personalise Your Mesh Cap with Text, Image, or Logo
Looking for a fashion accessory that makes you look noticeable from afar? At BannerBuzz, you can add your name, text or brand logo to your gimme cap. Just send your unique artwork/text for personalisation, and we will deliver your hat straight to your doorstep! We use a high-end embroidery technique for your logo or text on your hat.
Our hats provide a 4’’ W x 2’’ H embroidery area. Before sending your text or logo, ensure that you maintain a minimum text height of 5 mm, a minimum text line thickness of 2 mm, and keep a 2 mm minimum gap between the text. Our embroidery offers up to six thread colours to make your hats stand out in a crowd. Remember to send us solid shapes and colours only, as gradients or fade effects can’t be embroidered.
Trucker Hats are Easy to Clean & Maintain
Want to keep your hats in pristine condition even after prolonged use? Simply iron on the reverse fabric to maintain their quality. Do not tumble dry, dry clean or use a bleaching solution on your cap to avoid unwanted damage.
