did not tell you that the plastic was not included. Why would I order a barrier with no barrier? End of story I ordered a roll of marine vinyl and made it work but we were not ready the first time we needed the product. Will not ever use this company again

Purchase of Large Screens
Unfortunately, our organization did not have a good experience purchasing "sneeze guards" for our student computer lab. The guards were made of material that was of a low quality. The vinyl panels were When I spoke with the representative before purchase, I was glad to see that I could speak with someone in the US. However, when the product arrived the delivery for all of the parts was late, parts arrived on different days within a 7 day period and the customer service team spoke poor English. We had quite a bit of problem communicating. As well, the product was extremely complicated to assemble. Would not recommend this product or this company.

not as expected
only received shipping confirmation on 1 of 3 packages, the last 2 packages were delayed more than one week after, there were no instructions in packages, and plastic shield did not stay put, we improvised and used large binder clips to secure the plastic shield to the frame

Simple and easy to assemble but there is nothing in place to secure the vinyl screen. Falls out vey easily.

Poor standard
Very poor quality, the vinyl didn't fit the frame, had to adjust ourselves and not at all happy with the final product. Unfortunately would not recommend or buy again!

The item came with no
The item came with no instructions. It ws not tightly fitted and a hair dryer did not work. When asked to return/exchange the item I was denied. If I was allowed to return or exchange the item I would give them a slightly higher rating.

CON JOB
I ordered a large screen which was supposed to have plexiglass and stands on 2 feet. What i received was totally different from what appeared on the picture. The frame was not the same and instead of a plexiglass screen, what I received looked like a transparent raincoat and it does not even stay up!!

I purchased 8 of them. The 2 stars are for the timely delivery. Not happy with the product. The look of them is very cheap. They are not steady and won’t stay inside the holders provided. The plastic (not plexiglass) is of different sizes. Some too big and will pop out and some too small. I called the customer service and no answer. Hopefully I won’t need them for too long. I do Not recommend this product for a restaurant.
