Warranty Policy

• 2-Years Warranty: Covers the sign and power adapter against defects in materials and manufacturing.
• Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, normal wear and tear, or electrical failures.
• Replacement: Products confirmed to have a manufacturing defect will be replaced.
• Remote & Dimmer: No warranty, as these items are included as complimentary accessories.

Note: The size mentioned on the website is for neon, with approximately 2.5 cm to 5 cm added all around for the acrylic backing and Electric Parts do not contain any warranty.
