We received our order and the logo is a circle in the square centre. The logo is not centre of the tag. It makes them look cheap.

I ordered with them for the first time and highly recommend them ! Their customer service is really good, and their live chat is really helpful too. I choose the option of getting them to show me the final product before printing them (I needed to print bookmarks that I designed) and the design wasn’t fitting the way I wanted and they listened to what I was after and made it work. Also, I paid for the express printing and shipping but because of COVID-19 everything got delayed so they kindly refunded me the express shipping I paid for with a standard one so I really appreciated this gesture. Will definitely order with them in the future!
I used a template for my tag which was to become a wine bottle hang tag for our guests. The process was easy and I had a couple of opportunities to review and approve the tag before it was printed. My order was delivered in BC within a week. Good value too!

As these are for a sponsored event it was imperative that they met all stakeholder expectations, which they did. I would like the ability to order a particular quantitiy, possibly in 25 increments, when ordering over the minimum 100.

When I ordered I had a very tight deadline (memorial bookmarks for my mums funeral), however the delivery date when ordering said I would receive them in time. Within a couple of hours I was sent proofs to approve (although I didnt actually select this in checkout as I didnt have time for any delays). I approved the proofs immediately, and much to my horror the delivery date changed to the day of the funeral. I immediately called banner buzz, and the lady on the phone said she would see what she could do and call me back. She didnt call me back, however she did ensure they were printed and shipped super fast, which meant they arrived 2 days earlier than the new expected date. The product itself is great, and I would definitely order again. While stressful (due to time constraints and delivery date changes), my order was processed super fast, and the lady I spoke to was friendly and understanding. Thankyou Banner Buzz for ensuring we had all we needed to Make my mums farewell special, and give those who loved her a beautiful keepsake they can use for many years to come

Excellent turnaround of order. And I am happy with the products received. However, half of the custom notepads should have had a different design on it. I sent through two images which your design team helped me fine tune. Can someone please contact me in regards to rectifying Notepad design #2?
I have googled so many different companies for my logo to be on Lanyard i even check all of Asia! and found the Banner Buzz amazing! they let you view the product before you pay and proceed with them and they also posted the product to me within 2 weeks everyone else was 4weeks + i so recommend this company i will order many more to come! thank you again.
