The quality was absolutely excellent—it looked stunning and was the perfect backdrop for our photographs. It was also so easy to set up, taking less than ten minutes from start to finish. The design service was very easy, and the team made the whole process seamless. Delivery was very quick, which was great given our tight timeline. Great product, great customer care

Amazing services from Banner Buzz. Great customer care anytime I called about my order. I had issues with my original artwork regarding resolution. Banner buzz design team worked so hard to bring my original low resolution artwork to a high quality making my artwork more beautiful and high quality. My 10X8 fabric pop up display made my wife's surprise birthday party an exceptionally beautiful event. I highly recommend Banner Buzz for all of your events.

Party Backdrop Scene

Banner Buzz service is amazing and I am thrilled. I wanted a party backdrop of a picture in Venice for guests to take photographs in front of. The graphics turned out better than I could possibly image. The clarity is incredible, the quality of the stand solid and very easy to put up and put down. The team at Banner Buzz were reliable, prompt and very helpful especially in the design process as I couldn't have made the decision without them. Thank you to all the team :rose:

Wrong colour, and full of mould!

I requested that background to be BLACK multiple times, and not only did it come to us with a white background, but it was also DAMP and MOULDY - this is completely unacceptable and would appreciate a full refund, or for them to replace it with the original that I requested free of charge.

The product itself is great. The customer service is AWFUL. I have been charged 3 times for 1 order and am STILL WAITING FOR A REFUND OF OVER £500 weeks later.

Very deceptive website.

This product as displayed on the website for $245 actually costs $770. For the listed price NO FABRIC COMES WITH THE PRODUCT, despite the item being called "fabric pop up straight display" Fabric is $500 extra!

I wasn't going to leave

I wasn't going to leave a review but as I keep being bombarded with emails I thought i would - despite ordering the banner (hardware and graphic) over the phone with customer support who knew I as starting from scratch and needed both parts to the order, I was sorry to then only have the graphic delivered. I tried to contact helpline (slow and not helpful) and was told I needed to order the hardware separately. I emailed customer support and didn't get a helpful reply. I found the website wording confusing - and I'm pretty sure the customer support person on the phone must have too - hence why I only ended up with a graphic and not the hardware. Giving 3 stars because the quality of the actual product was good, but shame about the poor service.
