My acrylic sign is exactly

My acrylic sign is exactly as ordered. I got a mix of "white" paint and "transparent" ink on my sign. I was concerned about the "transparency" of the logo and in fact, the transparent portion is very visible, being not too much lighter than the portions with added white. Overall, I am very pleased with the workmanship. It looks great and arrived well-packaged and timely.

Avoid - you get what you pay for.

Wouldn't recommend at all. First sign, the logo was out of alignment and skewed. Apparently my fault as I didn't tell them to centre it?. The second attempt looks like the printer was out of ink and the colours are all faded. Poor communication and poor quality. You get what you pay for. Avoid!!!

Once you get your order you won't exist

I received my sign which was absolutely so different to what I had ordered. I've phoned - spoke to an international customer service representative who just told me to "make a ticket" on the website. I've tried to reach out, sent 2 more tickets and never heard anything. So incredible frustrated and disappointed. My original design was a nude pink and I received a navy sign? Then I get this email to give them feedback?? After never hearing from them.

STAY AWAY FROM THAT COMPANY!

Product ordered clearly mentioned WHITE LETTERING and product received wa sBLACK lettering. No one to speak to, all emails with great delays. Vetry hard to do business with one week delay between interactionwhen you need your product quickly.Be careful with this company

Although the file uploaded for

Although the file uploaded for the sign was for a 900x600 cm sign the quality of print isn’t very sharp, this was a fairly good price compared to other signs so I guess you get what you pay for

Communication was absolutely awful

We ordered these signs exactly as we needed them, and it took 6 weeks for them to be produced. Communication on the BannerBuzz side was absolutely awful - they would send us "messages" via our account that couldn't even be responded to and didn't make any sense. They tried to change the product type and seemed to have lost the files. When we did finally connect with them via chat, they said someone would reach out to us via phone, which they did, several hours after our normal business hours or over the weekend. And again, it took more than SIX WEEKS for our products to actually ship.

Business Logo Wall Art

The sign was made to my specifications and shipped promptly. My only complaint is that the hardware was loose in the box and two mounting screws were missing. Those loose items could have scratched the sign.
