Absolutely abysmal service
My goods were over a week late which meant the event I’d bought them for had been and gone. One parcel didn’t arrive and having brought this to their attention I just kept getting told “I will be pleased to hear that it’s been delivered” and that it was me that signed for it. There’s clearly a language barrier going on here. I asked to see my signature and kept getting shown a printed sheet. No signature and no photo proof of delivery could be provided. I’ve been offered a reprint of the missing parcel but whether it comes or not remains to be seen. Needless to say I’ll never use this company again which is a shame as the quality of the goods I did receive wasn’t too bad. BTW - goods come from India so be prepared for a delay in delivery.

While I was happy with the final product, it took an absolute age to get through the approval process. I think having more information when an item fails to meet file size would be helpful. What are the dimensions? What is your minimum file size? What can I do to ensure it goes through the first time and not have to wait 3 days before anyone looks at it?

Good idea, poor execution
I like the size an idea for accent banners. Unfortunately ours was poorly stitched and can’t remain flat. FYI they can spin in the wind.

I was happy with most of the process of this order. The quality was good too. I was surprised the length of time it took to produce 1 flag. So more correspondence of ETD would be great.

I will give it one
I will give it one star for shipping and quality. But they printed my flag UPSODE DOWN and wouldn’t fix their mistake. Very disappointed in the service, but the quality and color was great…too bad it’s upside down.

I didn’t lay out my
I didn’t lay out my design the way it was supposed to be . When I received my order they told me that it was correct. I guess one person perception is different than others. It’s really hard to figure out what side it the top and bottom and the way it prints from left to right on each side the way to want it.

Damaged item sent to me, awful customer service. No response
I ordered 2 flag clips and one arrived with a hole in. I emailed on 27th august and attached the images to show the damaged item. I was unable to use them for my event. I then called and had to wait 20 minutes on the phone before being hung up on by a computer system. I am really disappointed. Communication has been terrible

Great Flag!
The flag material and quality is great! The clip could have some minor adjustments done to ensure the flag does not move, but other than that we love it! We cannot wait to take this flag on our cart as we walk across the country on October 2nd! @theggoldenroad
