Shoddy, but it works
The website made designing the LED sign easy. When I needed to adjust my design after submitting it, customer service was polite and helpful. Email updates ensured I was aware of the status of my order every step of the way. The sign was well-packaged; the box had been damaged during shipping but the sign was intact. The sign and the dimmer work perfectly. The quality of the sign is lacking. When the sign is on my wall, I can see grey wires sticking out from behind the letters, and bits of brown paper are visibly stuck between the letters and acrylic base. The black power cord stands out starkly. The money I hoped to save by ordering from BannerBuzz was spent on white electric tape to hide the grey wires, a white cord cover for the black power cord, and a utility razor to painstakingly remove as much of the brown paper as I could. Out of all the LED signs I've seen, I think this is the lowest quality. It was meant as a gift so I'm going to do my best to clean it up. I likely won't order from them again.

Bold and Beautiful
I took a risk as I wasn't sure about the quality of this item but I'm very pleased with it and can't wait to post it in our music therapy room! I am concerned a little about the adapter and cord as it just a connector. I hope it holds up and doesn't drag down the weight and disconnects. fingers crossed.

My sign came on time and as was so good for my event! This website is the best price I could find of any fast production neon signs in the UK. I needed my sign for an event I'd left a bit last minute and I can't fault the service I received, I spoke with someone on the phone who assured me it would come on time and it did!
