You get what you pay for
Item arrived quickly and as designed/described. Unfortunately the print quality is not great and the colour has come off in places through handling, so the banner no longer looks 'perfect' which is a shame, hence only 4 stars. It was cheap though so I guess you get what you pay for!

Great system, easy
It was easy editing online, great system. I could keep draft and show other staff to check. The cost was better than local printing company, that point good too. Shipment was good arrived estimated time. I will repeat this company.

Quality fine, service not so much
Wouldn't order again, quality ok but couldn't pay with picture upload on website, had to use drive upload option, then got sent wrong proof, then both emails provided didn't work, immediate non delivery response, had to call a 1800 number.

The banner was not what
The banner was not what I expected , they are quite heavy and I specifically asked for a lightweight one to fit onto the barriers at events, this proved not to be suitable at all

Terrible customer service.
Was late and damaged when arrived! This was a memorial piece before I had ordered I had talked with them directly to make sure everything would go smoothly they assured items would be in on time as I paid extra for shipping , that didn’t happen and when arrived late box was squished , the print of items were also damaged from the print process. Customer service has been a nightmare to deal with, was offered a full refund for the inconvenience but still waiting for that as they said they needed to run it by someone again for a second approval after already telling me it was issued. Extremely disappointed with customer service and the feedback times and responses it’s been 4 weeks now and no solution.

Unreliable. Ships from India. Waste of money.
Needed this banner for an event. Paid extra to have the order expedited and BannerBuzz indicated it would arrive four days prior to the event. Here I am a day after the event and the banner has not yet arrived. Complete waste of money. I’ll be pushing a refund.

I am pleased with the quality of the banners. The reason for the 4 stars instead of the 5 is due to the delivery timeline. I had paid the extra $45 dollars shipping to have it delivered by June 23rd and they didn't arrive until July 27th. It was a good thing that I didn't need them for that weekend. I could have paid less and received them in the same timeline.

First and last time
I paid extra for expedited shipping and my package was a week late. After trying to reach out to customer service multiple times, no one got back to me. After 1 use of the banner, the lettering is already peeling. Such a disappointing experience overall. I won't be buying any more from them.

Result
I am a little disappointed that my pantone colour for the background was not matched, especially since I paid to have it matched exactly. Now I have a banner, which is good quality, with my logo (also good) but my colour pallette is completely off. If you couldn't match it, I would have appreciated the opportunity to be reimbursed for the colour match. I have attached a photo- it seems that the banner you sent me is WHITE. The other one (a poster, made with my pantone colours) is the right colour.
