Great service
Flag was made as a tribute to my mother in law for her funeral. It was that good we placed it on her coffin in the hearse and in at the service. Wonderful job thank you for making it so special.

Amazing product, terrible delivery
As usual, the quality of customer service and product is great, which is why I always come back to Banner Buzz for my tour flags. However, this time I was let down by the delivery service. I paid extra for expedited delivery to ensure it arrived before the festival, but I got a notification that delivery had been delayed so it wasn't here in time for the festival. That was the whole point of the flag. Thankfully I had a friend who could bring it down for day 3 of the festival, so all was not lost. But I will never pay for express delivery again.

Team Flag
