I am so pleased with the way our flag turned out. We designed something special for our camping flag and Banner Buzz were amazing every step of the way. The picture I sent in was not high enough resolution but they contacted me and let me know they were redesigning it and then sent me a picture to approve before printing. The flag is awesome
Ordered car flags, process was relatively smooth and if you couldn't work something out I had access to help via a chat box every time I needed it and my queries were promptly sorted. The turn around time was exceptional given I ordered the flags a few days before Christmas and approved the final design on 24th Dec and I was pleasantly surprised to receive them by 31st Dec especially given the delivery date was for the 7th Jan. The product was of far better quality than I expected, I'm use to seeing double sided flags as being thin, but these are 2 flags sewn together with a good quality woven material that feels like it would last a very long time and withstand the elements quite well. They also gave me a great 1st time customer discount making the products even more affordable.
