Just received my window lettering, I have to say I'm pleasantly surprised. I was expected a sticker with a clear background, but instead received cut out vinyl letters. It was for an event we have coming up soon (I've made a drum light) and it adhered to the drum skin perfectly. Thanks very much, will definitely use again :-)

Very good product, only issue was the template that came had marked holes done by pen that were not accurate, this could/should have been done by a computer.

The vinyl lettering was exactly what we were looking for and the customer service was brilliant. We approved and took possesion of wall and door vinyls when we noticed a spelling mistake which was our fault. Bannerbuzz not only remade it for us, they gave us 15% discount. I ordered vehicle lettering for my car to advertise my yoga business. I found the website a little confusing as there are so many products and inadvertently ordered black lettering instead of white! Entirely my fault and not sure what the solution is. The product is more expensive than previous companies Ive used but the product is far superior - very easy to put the letters on and the effect is very professional with good adhesion. Little bit subtle in black but probably looks more classy.

The result is fine and just what I wanted. Unfortunately, applying the name to the gate was made harder by the fact that the grid on the backing sheet was not in line with the letters. This meant that the job took longer than necessary.

Order as below: Pockets were different sizes - difficult to mount on poles. Banner ordered with eyelets had pockets. Double sided banner had wrinkles between front and back. A very expensive product for what it is. Nightmare to apply to window and very very hard work to apply without ripping. Rang and left message with customer service for help but no reply...
