Looks great but flag post rings broken
Hi I tried to contact you but couldn't.,, the flag looks amazing but the clips arrived broken .. CAN YOU PLEASE SEND REPLACEMENT RINGS AS SHOWN IN PHOTOS BELOW .. it's a Christmas present so have used cable ties to connect it but will need the right rings sent please .. I love it !

Give yourself lots of time to resolve issues.
Wrong colours printed ( supplier omitted to print background colour and left it white ) My client was totally disappointed. We've had to come up with a new solution 3 days out from the event... We notified banner buzz and were told someone will get back to us soon, all they've done is ask for more photos.

The product came before the
The product came before the estimated time which was grate. I had selected a colour for the background off the website. It looks wishy washy now that its printed but i was never shown or told it would look bad.

As usual, I left things
As usual, I left things to the last minute and it was "urgent" as I was going overseas. The artwork was back within minutes and I received my flag within days. It looks amazing and I'm so excited to be able to take it with me. I'm sure the recipient will absolutely love it. Thanks so much - such great service.

I ordered 3 different colours
I ordered 3 different colours and they were all red. Also, the plastic ring of one of the flags was broken. Quality is not what I expected and although I read previous reviews I wanted to give these guys a chance….shouldn’t have. Very disappointed.

The pin flags I ordered
The pin flags I ordered looked great and were done correctly. It was easy to design my own flag and talk to customer service. The flags were delivered on time just when I needed them. Overall, everything was perfect!

Great service, good product
Great customer service and love the fact that they bundled the flag with a pole and cup. The flag itself is nice, but I wasn't expecting the mesh fabric. I suppose it will last better in the weather since it won't retain water, but I was expecting something a little more substantial.
