Excellent service but tough to track when you have multiple orders in progress
I have been very impressed with the speed and efficiency of my first orders based entirely on the recipients feedback (what I care about). I have 2 accounts with 2 different email addresses, one for USA deliveries on "bannerbuzz.com" and one (here) for UK/European deliveries on "bannerbuzz.co.uk". For both, I am the billing owner and billing address.My first order in the USA went very well (printed and delivered to Portland), and the follow up to order 9 more banners is progressing well with excellent support during the review process and being able to pay extra to have the 9 banners delivered to addresses in 9 different US states. Meanwhile, here on the UK BannerBuzz site, my first vinyl banner (a dutch language version) was for delivery in the Netherlands and this went well. The second order was for the English version of the banner to be delivered in Kent, UK. When customer support told me to track it on a website called "amirates.com" I ended up getting a virus on my PC! I was progressing with a long call to customer service which suddenly cut-off - it was late in the evening so I gave up. I also paid for a 3rd UK print and Kent delivery (actually a Japanese version of the banner!) - the status of this one is also unknown. I'm not sure how to resolve this. The UK recipient is away until Tuesday so I won't hear from them until Wednesday. I wish there would be a way to click and see "proof of delivery" so I know when the recipient receives their banner.

Great customer service
I had an issue with the design uploaded, I gave them a call, got assigned a design agent who called me back within the hour and resolved the issue. Delivery was on ti.e.
